Account & billing
Lead Source has a free plan to get started and paid plans as you grow. Your current plan, and how much of it you’re using, is always shown in your account.
- Free — a great way to try Lead Source on a real form, with a monthly cap on captured leads and a limit on how many forms you build.
- Paid plans — higher (or no) caps, more forms, and access to the responder.
You’ll see a gentle nudge as you approach your monthly lead cap, so an upgrade never comes as a surprise. Your exact limits and prices are shown on the Billing screen in your account and on leadsource.co.
Upgrading, downgrading, and payment
Section titled “Upgrading, downgrading, and payment”- Upgrade or downgrade any time from Billing. Changes take effect straight away.
- Update your card or view past invoices from the same screen.
- If a payment fails, you get a grace period with a clear countdown before anything changes, so you have time to sort it out. Your leads are never deleted because of a billing hiccup.
Managing your account
Section titled “Managing your account”From Settings you can:
- Add or remove the websites Lead Source watches, and refresh a site’s key if you ever need to.
- Set your business name and time zone (so lead times and daily summaries match your working day).
- Connect or disconnect the inbox the responder sends from.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”You can cancel from Billing whenever you like. You’ll keep access until the end of your current period, and you can export your leads before you go — they’re yours to keep.
