Viewing your leads
Leads is where everything lands: search, filter, and open any lead from the last 90 days, newest first.
The list
Section titled “The list”Columns: Name · Email · Source · Form · Page · When (plus Site when you’re viewing more than one website). Above the list:
- Range: 7 days / 30 days / 90 days (90 is the default).
- Source filter: All sources, or any source your leads have actually come from.
- Search: finds leads by name, email address (type the full address), or source.
- Leads are always shown newest first.

Opening a lead
Section titled “Opening a lead”Click a row and the lead’s panel opens:
- Email: with a heads-up if it looks like a shared team inbox, where a reply may not reach one person directly.
- Where they came from: the source label plus a confidence marker (High: a paid click was tagged; Medium: based on the site they arrived from; Low: no signal was captured), a plain sentence explaining why it was classified that way, and the page they landed on and filled.
- Their journey: the pages they visited before submitting, with time spent on each.
- What they sent you: every field from the form.

Footer actions: Reply by email · Download CSV · Delete · Mark as contacted. Open record → gives the lead its own full page, handy as a permanent, shareable record of exactly what arrived and how it was classified.
Filtered submissions (spam)
Section titled “Filtered submissions (spam)”Not every form submission is a person. Automated traffic (cache-warming beacons, scraping scripts, and scaffolding pings) is filtered automatically, so it never appears in your list and never counts toward your allowance. See it under Leads → Filtered submissions, each with the reason it was filtered in plain English (for example Hidden honeypot field filled, a strong automated-traffic signal).
If something real was caught, select Not spam, restore → and it returns to your leads list immediately.
Common problems
Section titled “Common problems”- “No leads match those filters.” Clear the search or switch the source filter back to All sources: the leads are there, the filter is just narrow.
- A lead you expected isn’t anywhere, including Filtered submissions. The submission likely never carried an email address: see Fix a form that is not being captured.
- Looking for something older than 90 days? The list and search cover the most recent 90 days. Export regularly if you want a long-term archive: Export leads to a CSV file.
