Viewing your leads

Your Leads list is the heart of Lead Source. Every enquiry from your website lands here, newest first, updating live as they arrive.

Each row shows the lead’s name, contact details, when they came in, and a coloured label for where they came from. From the top of the list you can:

  • Filter by date — last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, this month, or a custom range.
  • Filter by source — show only the leads from a particular place, such as your ads or your newsletter.
  • Search — find a lead by name or email.
  • Sort — by newest, oldest, or source.

Click any lead to open its full details in a panel beside the list. You’ll see:

  • Everything the person entered on the form.
  • A plain-English label for where they came from, and the page they were on when they got in touch.
  • The pages they visited on your site before enquiring, so you get a feel for what they were interested in.

Occasionally a spam submission slips through a form. Lead Source flags the obvious ones for you. In the spam review area you can:

  • Mark a flagged lead “Not spam” to move it back into your active list.
  • Mark a real-looking lead as spam to tuck it away.

If you turn a flagged lead back into a real one and you have the responder switched on, Lead Source can still reach out to them, so a mis-flag doesn’t cost you the lead.
