Exporting your leads

Your leads are yours. You can export them at any time, as many times as you like.

  1. Go to Leads.
  2. Set the date range and any filters you want — the export matches whatever you’re currently looking at.
  3. Click Export. You’ll get a spreadsheet file (CSV) that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any CRM that imports CSVs.

Each lead becomes a row, with columns for the details captured from the form (name, email, phone, and so on), when it came in, and a plain-text source column telling you where the lead came from — the same labels you see on screen.

Because the source is plain text (“Google Ads”, “Your newsletter”, and so on), you can sort and filter by it in your spreadsheet without any decoding.

If you’d rather have new leads flow into another tool as they arrive (rather than exporting by hand), that’s on our roadmap. Let us know which tool you’d like to connect and we’ll factor it in.
