Export leads to a CSV file

Your leads are yours: export them any time, on any plan, as often as you like.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Open Leads and set any search, source, or site filter you want: the export matches what you’ve filtered to.
  2. Select Download CSV.
  3. Pick the export window: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days (max), or Custom range… for specific dates. The window goes up to 90 days back. Older data isn’t included in exports, so export on a schedule if you want a permanent archive.
  4. The file downloads as leadsource-export-{date}.csv and opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any CRM that imports CSVs.

Expected result: one row per lead, with these columns:

Received at · Name · Email · Phone · Source · Campaign · Confidence · Form · Site · Landing page · Fields (JSON)

The Source column is the same plain-English label you see on screen (“Google Ads”, “Organic Google”, “Direct”), so you can sort and filter in your spreadsheet without decoding anything. Fields (JSON) carries everything the person typed, in one column, for when you need the full submission.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • Filtered (spam) submissions are never included.
  • There’s no export limit or plan gate: free and paid accounts export the same way.
  • Custom range dates outside the last 90 days are rejected with a clear message; shorten the window and re-run.
