Lead Source forms
You don’t need Lead Source forms to use Lead Source — it captures leads from the forms you already have. But if you’d like a form that’s built for you, styled to your brand, and captured perfectly every time, you can build one right inside your account. These are called Lead Source forms.
When to use a Lead Source form
Section titled “When to use a Lead Source form”- You don’t have a form yet and want one fast.
- Your current form lives inside another service and doesn’t always hand over its details cleanly.
- You want a consistent, on-brand form you can drop onto any page or share as a link.
Building one
Section titled “Building one”Open Forms → New form and use the builder to add the fields you want:
- Contact fields — name, email, phone, company, and a message box.
- Choices — dropdowns, checkboxes, and multiple-choice questions.
- Layout — group related questions, add short descriptions, and set which fields are required.
As you build, a live preview shows exactly what your visitors will see.
Styling it to your brand
Section titled “Styling it to your brand”Set your colours, fonts, corner style, and button text so the form looks like part of your website rather than a bolt-on. You can match your brand by hand, or start from a clean default and tweak from there.
Publishing
Section titled “Publishing”When you’re happy, publish the form. You’ll get two ways to use it:
- Add to your website — a single line to drop onto any page, the same way you added Lead Source itself.
- Share a link — a hosted page you can send in an email, put in a bio, or link from an ad.
Leads from a Lead Source form arrive in your Leads list labelled “Lead Source form”, so you always know which ones came through a form you built here.
