Integrations
Settings → Integrations connects Lead Source to tools where your leads arrive outside your website forms.
Pipedrive
Section titled “Pipedrive”Two pieces work together to capture Pipedrive leads, and the page walks you through both:
- Webhook (required) — captures leads as they arrive in Pipedrive. Without it, nothing flows.
- API token (per site) — adds each lead’s email address. Without it, leads are still captured, but with name and source only — no email. Since email is how you reply, set this up too.
The token is configured per site — the page’s Manage sites → link takes you to your websites list to add it against the right site.
Expected result: new Pipedrive leads appear in your leads list alongside your website captures, with their source identified.
This is the continuous connection. For a one-off copy of your existing Pipedrive persons, use Import leads instead — the two are independent and work fine together.
Common problems
Section titled “Common problems”- Pipedrive leads arrive without email addresses. The per-site API token isn’t set — add it via Manage sites and new captures will include emails (already-captured leads aren’t backfilled).
- Nothing arriving at all. The webhook side isn’t connected — re-run the page’s webhook setup, then submit a test lead in Pipedrive and watch your leads list.
- Delivery failures show up in Capture status.
Something else you want connected?
Section titled “Something else you want connected?”Your leads are always reachable by webhook, API, or CSV export — most tools can be fed from one of those three today. If there’s a specific integration you need, tell us.
