Understanding your dashboard

The Overview page answers one question — “How many came in, and where from?” — and it has three tabs: Summary, Web stats, and Journeys. This page covers Summary; the other two are on Website traffic stats.

The Dispatch strip summarises the last 30 days: Leads, Top source, Latest, and the Window, with a one-line summary like “12 leads in the last 30 days — up 3 vs prior.” If nothing has come in yet it reads “No leads in the window yet. We’re listening, when the next one lands you’ll see it here.”

One number worth knowing: the tiles show a 30-day window, while your plan allowance runs on a rolling 28-day window — so the tile count and the usage meter can legitimately differ by a little.

  • Where they came from — leads by source with share and trend.
  • Who they are — your most recent leads; click a row to open it. Reveal emails / Hide emails toggles addresses on screen.
  • Pages where leads first landed and Campaigns (leads from your tracking links).
  • The footer notes what’s excluded: “Filtered out: N spam submissions, N over quota.”
  • “You may be missing mobile and Mac leads.” — you haven’t set up your own tracking address yet.
  • “No activity from your site in over 24 hours.” — your tracking code may have been removed; Check installation walks you through verifying it.
  • “You’ve used X of Y leads in the last 28 days.” / “You’ve gone over your plan limit.” — plan allowance notices. Leads are still captured and kept either way; see Plans, payments, and billing.
  • “Some background work didn’t complete.” — a processing delay on our side; stats and notifications may lag briefly. If it persists, see Check capture status.

The bell in the header shows Recent activity — new leads and digest deliveries with their status. It’s always on, regardless of your email notification settings.
