Your profile and notifications

Settings → Profile, under Identity: display name, company, job title, phone, country, and timezone. Two matter more than they look: Timezone sets when your digest emails arrive and how dates display on the dashboard, and Country feeds billing and VAT context later. Save changes confirms with “Saved.”

(Changing your sign-in email is separate: Change your email address.)

Settings → Notifications. The in-app bell is always on; these settings control email. Pick a delivery style:

  • Each lead — an email the moment a lead comes in.
  • Digest summary — one summary email, daily or weekly.
  • Per-lead + digest (the default) — per-lead emails up to your daily cap (default 20, settable 0–50); anything beyond rolls into the digest.
  • Off — no emails, bell only.

Below that, Minimum confidence filters per-lead emails by how well-identified the lead’s source is: High only, Medium and above (default), or All leads. It saves as you change it; the delivery choices save with Save preferences.

So you can spot them (and rescue them from spam):

  • Per-lead: subject like “Dana from Google Ads” or “A new lead from Google Ads.”
  • Digests: “N leads yesterday, top source: …” (daily), “N leads in the past 7 days…” (weekly), and a monthly summary.
  • Site health: “yourdomain.com: no leads or visitors in 14 days”, its recovery counterpart, and “…submissions not reaching Lead Source” if a connected form provider stops delivering.
  • Form checks: “A form on your site looks like a login. Quick check?” and “Quick check: N forms need confirming.”
  • Team: invitations, access-ending notices, and ownership-transfer confirmations.

Sign-in, password-reset, and receipt emails come from our sign-in and payment providers and look slightly different from the above — that’s normal.
