Managing your websites

Everything site-related lives under Sites in the top navigation: Your websites (the list), Add a site, and Custom domain.

There’s no limit on sites — plans limit leads and forms, not websites.

  1. Open Sites → Your websites and enter the address (like yourbusiness.com) in the add form.
  2. Select Add website.
  3. Install the tracking code on the new site, same as your first: Add Lead Source to your website.

If it won’t add: “That doesn’t look like a website address” means enter just the domain, without any page path; “You’ve already added this website” means it’s in the list — check for it.

  • Copy code — that site’s tracking snippet (each site has its own).
  • Install guide — the walkthrough for that site.
  • The row menu holds Manage site access (which team members can see this site — it takes you to Team) and Remove site.

There is currently no rename — to change a site’s address, add the new one and remove the old.

Removing a site asks you to confirm: “This will permanently delete your site and every lead collected from it. This can’t be undone.” Treat that literally — the site, its tracking, and its leads are gone for good.

Before removing anything, export your leads — filter to that site first if you only want its records. There is no undo and no recovery.

Removing a site does not change your plan or billing; it only removes that site’s data and stops its capture.
